Singapore Airlines (SIA) resumes daily services between Colombo and Singapore effective 17th November, increasing flight frequencies to seven times weekly from five weekly flights.

Flight SQ469 departs from Colombo at 0045hrs and arrives in Singapore at 0720hrs. For the return sector, SQ468 departs from Singapore at 2210hrs and arrives in Colombo at 2330hrs.

Mr Zachary Liew, General Manager Sri Lanka, Singapore Airlines said: “We are delighted to resume daily operations between Colombo and Singapore as we continue to expand our global network in a safe and calibrated manner. This will provide additional passenger travel and air freight options for our customers and facilitate improved connections beyond our hub in Singapore.”

SIA operates the Airbus A350-900 aircraft between Colombo and Singapore, with 40 Business Class seats and 263 Economy Class seats. The Business Class seats can be reclined into fully flat beds, and are arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration, providing every customer with direct aisle access.

The Economy Class seats are ergonomically designed with contour backrests, six-way adjustable headrests, and 11.6-inch full-HD personal touchscreen monitors.
