Led by Executive Chef Chamlie Waidyaratne and his expert team, the festival presents an exquisite selection of authentic Middle Eastern flavors, promising an immersive dining experience.

The grand opening night on March 1, 2025, was an elegant affair, commencing with a moving choral performance by the Muslim Choral Ensemble of Sri Lanka, setting the stage for an evening of cultural and culinary celebration.
