Eventex Awards, the world’s leading accolade for the events and experience marketing industry, has opened the nominations for the annual Eventex Index of The Most Influential People in the Events Industry.

The index recognizes outstanding individuals worldwide who have made an impact on the industry with their creativity, vision, and capacity for innovation. The prestigious list is decided by the public who first nominates and then votes on who they see as the most deserving event professionals.

In addition to nominating individuals for the index, the public also has the chance to choose the events industry area where the nominee stands out, including events, venues, event technology, suppliers, and weddings.

The index timeline is as follows:

• The official nomination period is between October 7 and October 14.
• Voting for the index will take place between October 14 and October 25
• The results will be announced at the end of October.
